About Us:
ACR Homes provides high-quality home healthcare and support for individuals with disabilities across over 40 locations in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. We are looking for empathetic, responsible, and attentive individuals to join our team in Burnsville, MN. As part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), you will provide personalized care to four young adults with disabilities, ensuring their physical, medical, and emotional needs are met. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, and helping residents achieve personal goals. LPNs also share on-call duties. We provide paid training to support you in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license in Minnesota, strong communication skills, and a caring, reliable approach. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Current Needs:
Option 1: 32 hours/week (2 Positions Available)
Option 2: 40 hours/week + 24 hours/week (1 full-time position & 1 part-time position with benefits)
Full-time Position (40 hours/week):

Examples of tasks performed on shift:
* NEW RATES OF PAY (effective 12/29/2024) - $28.00- $36.00/hour. Rates of pay are not based on experience but on shifts worked. Weekend and overnight shifts are paid toward the top or at the top of the pay scale.
Hourly Direct Care LPN Rates:
*+annual pay increases years 1-3
Bonuses:
LPNs who start working at ACR will get a $2000 bonus if part-time (ALL BONUSES ARE TAXABLE) LPN bonus is broken down as follows:
Part-Time: $2000--$500 after training completion and $1500 after 6 months from training completion date
LPNs are eligible for the following benefits:
*Additional compensation includes optional asleep shifts paid at $11.25/hr, wage increases starting at 1 year of employment, bonuses, tuition assistance, and advancement opportunities. See our website for full benefit & qualification details.
**Part-time employees are also eligible for 401K & ESST
Requirements:
We require part-time nurses to work 5-6 shifts each month and to also be on call for about 6 shifts each month.
We require nurses to work every other weekend.
