We are seeking part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work at our home in Burnsville, MN with four young adults who have disabilities. Staffing at this home is typically 1:1 or 1:2, and has a great group of nurses that work together to care for the residents. In addition to working your scheduled shifts, LPNs at ACR Homes share on call duties. While working as an LPN, you will receive paid training to care for the physical, medical and emotional needs of the residents in the home. In addition to that, you will assist them with their daily cares, meeting their personal goals, and enjoying activities together.

A benefits package consisting of paid time off, medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k, life insurance, and vision insurance is offered to LPNs who are working at least 24 hours/week.
Current Needs:
We are looking for 2 part-time nurses (about 6 shifts per month) OR 1 Full-Time with the below schedule. We currently have a 2 week rotation and the current need:

They also must participate in the nurse on call schedule, and that is typically 5-6 on call shifts per month for a part time staff.
* NEW RATES OF PAY - $27.50- $35.50/hour. Rates of pay are not based on experience but on shifts worked. Weekend and overnight shifts are paid toward the top or at the top of the pay scale.

LPNs who starts working at ACR will get a $2000 bonus if part-time (ALL BONUSES ARE TAXABLE) LPN bonus is broken down as follows:
Part-Time: $2000--$500 after training, $1500 after 6 months from training completion date
