About Us:
ACR Homes provides high-quality home healthcare and support for individuals with disabilities across over 45 locations in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. We are looking for dedicated Direct Care Professionals (DCPs) for both full-time and part-time positions at our Golden Valley locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with personal care, meals, and daily routines
- Administer medications (paid training provided)
- Support therapeutic exercises and wellness activities
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
- Build strong relationships with residents and team members
- Complete documentation and care records
Pay Range:
Full-Time: $18.25 – $24.75/hour
- $18.25–$20.25 (day/evening)
- $20.50–$22.50 (weekend & weekday overnight)
- $22.75–$24.75 (weekend overnight – Fri/Sat)
- Training rate: $16.25/hour
Part-Time: $16.00 – $22.50/hour
- $16.00–$18.00 (day/evening)
- $18.25–$20.25 (weekend & weekday overnight)
- $20.50–$22.50 (weekend overnight – Fri/Sat)
- Training rate: $14.00/hour
**Additional $0.50–$2.00/hour differentials may apply depending on location.**

Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have a driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
- You must be able and willing to provide care for both male and female clients
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- You must be able to work independently, and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment
- You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position
- Part-time requires a minimum of 10 shifts/month (2-3 shifts/week) with an increasing number of homes only requiring 2 shifts/week.
- Full-time employees must work at least 38-40 hours per week
